Poor usability on desktop and mobile

The plugin is impractical on both desktop and mobile. The PDF is displayed inside a separate fixed viewer, so users must scroll inside the PDF as well as on the website. Only part of the PDF page is visible at once, which makes longer documents difficult to read.

I also tried increasing the viewer height with the available settings and shortcode parameters, but the visible viewer size did not change. The PDF itself became smaller when changing the zoom, but the full page was still not displayed properly.

For multi-page documents, this creates a confusing and uncomfortable user experience.
