When 80% of the campaign fails to be delivered, I wouldn’t call this a success.
I have worked hard on making this work for us and yourselves. Yes, your support has been valuable, but you still haven’t confirmed how a bug was fixed – despite me asking. Was it the plugin or client side?
I don’t think your plugin has been tested thoroughly enough and success of a campaign ends when the the plugin does what it says on the tin. I understand that there are tweaks with different websites, but bottom line, I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of time implementing the whole thing and i have now had to uninstall it to use an alternative.
I have tried to make this work for you and us, but it hasn’t. I appreciate you have tried and supported where you can but it doesn’t feel like the plugin is up to scratch.
So unfortunately – the rating stays from a plugin perspective. But I have given up a lot of time and it this doesn’t seem to be recognised on your end. So – I will change the rating – because you tried, but it isn’t moving much at all.
