Support » Plugin: WooCommerce ShipStation Integration » Poor support, poor docs, and broken links everywhere

Support is very hard to reach. Their links to “schedule a call” go to 404 pages. Their documentation is so bad it locked me out of my UPS account. And nearly everything in their instructions says “this setting only applies if only one of this one item is purchased”. Yeah, only 1 of an item is easy to deal with. The whole point of trying ShipStation was because I’m trying to do things that aren’t easy!

    Hi @anphira

Based on what you wrote, I can tell that you’ve had a very unsatisfying experience. That’s frustrating, for sure!

One thing I’d like to double-check with you: are you referring to ShipStation’s support and documentation?

The reason I ask is because this is the support forum for the WooCommerce ShipStation plugin – an integration developed by us here at WooCommerce.

If you did try to reach out to WooCommerce, could you please let us know how you attempted it? I’ll be happy to investigate what happened, since reaching us should be an easy process.

Also, I appreciate if you can send us one or more links to the documentation you think that should be improved.

    Thank you!
