# Poor support from Liquid Web

 * I currently have multiple tickets with Liquid web regarding this plugin and licenses.
   
   I have not heard back from Liquid web about any of these support issues. I am
   now posting as separate support tickets here in the hope of receiving answers.
 * Starting to feel like its time to abandon ship if the new owners are unable to
   support the product.
