• I purchased the Pro version, but found the images wouldn’t display in a square format even though the settings were correct. The developer answered my initial email, but when he couldn’t answer the question just stopped responding to my emails – I attempted to contact through their own support forum, and through this site. I’ve now waited a full week, and have had to find another Gallery plugin to finish the project.

    I have requested a refund but have had no response. I would expect better support reply time for a paid plugin.
