Poor support – even for a FREE plugin

    I’ve had this plugin working well previously, however on a number of sites I’m now getting various failures. Checking the support forum here there is just NO follow up plugin support.

    You only have to read the last 3 pages of support requests and they are full of unanswered queries OR a few answered by forum users. This makes it particularly hard, especially for general WP users who are not code educated.

    @appleisle, thanks for your feedback, even though it wasn’t a good one but absolutely understandable. We are going to vitalize the support of the free plugin again, since we have a bigger support team now.

    Reason why we weren’t able to give any support for the FREE users where just the tremendous effort of support we had to give to our PRO users. We added two team members to the support, on our cost now, just to serve the FREE users. I hope this will be appreciated and free users understand, that a response time will be up to a week for free users. PRO users still get a response within 24 hours.

    BTW, do you have any problem with the plugin, if so please tell and we will try to solve!
