# Poor Support

 * Getting support for this company is difficult at best. When you do hear from 
   them they tell you “a new release is coming…tomorrow” but never actually comes.
   If it had better control and documentation, I would rate higher. But even a simple
   thing like turning off the “Powered by” logo in the pro version seems impossible.
   Kind wish I did not buy it…disappointed.
