Poor Support

    Plugin seems to be built comprehensively, however support is very poor. Cannot hold an email conversation with the developer due to lack of response. I was willing to purchase the pro version if needed to achieve what I was trying to do with the plugin, but I was not even able to assess if Pro was required or not as the developer does not reply.

    Is there any change you would revise your review. Support is much better these days and plugin is also much more stable.
