    The support team is very arrogant and always tells you a generic answer. "Hire a developer" For even simple customization, they won't help. Not to mention their add-ons are expensive. Why should I pay to add an upload feature when other plugins include this for free? The developers need to step off their high horse. Deactivated and deleted plugin. Will now be using Cognito Forms due to the many great features and wonderful support. I wouldn't have a problem paying if the support was better. Not paying for your arrogance developers.

    Sorry you feel you have been treated inappropriately. We strive to treat everyone with the utmost respect. Your response to use another plugin that meets your specific needs is a completely valid one and we wish you the best of luck.

    For those interested, We try and help every user but there are always cases when a user or customer is trying to do something that the plugin doesn't do out of the box. In these cases we can point to documentation but sometimes a user finds themselves out of their depths with tackling a specific use case. Custom development isn't a part of what we offer as support. We couldn't stay in business if it was because some of you come up with truly awesome custom things that you want to accomplish. Some of those things become extensions while others just aren't something we can take on ourselves at the moment.

    In these cases we will absolutely suggest hiring a developer. You can read the rest of the reviews if you really want to see what kind of support we try to offer.
