• Very poor support. I have had continual problems with this plug-in and the programmer. I even paid to have some custom upgrades to help work around the really annoying issues but was eventually told he wasn’t able to do it. I am STILL waiting for my refund. After numerous prompts via email I get an extremely rude, childish response. Not a good way to run a business. I would never use anything from him again. Save the hassle and your money, there are plenty of fine plug-ins where you won’t have to deal with this kind of nonsense.

    @chuck767? What are you reviewing about the free plugin? So far all you’ve reviewed is that you paid for something and you are not happy with the paid support.

    That’s not a legitimate review for these forums.

    I’m not sure why this would not be considered a legitimate review. I did state that the plug-in had issues, issues for which I was willing to pay to get resolved. Also, once I decide to pay for a plug-in I feel it becomes valid to review the business. These reviews are made available so other WordPress users can make an informed decision prior to spending their money. I think this information helps provide that.
