• Minimal support on forums. Buyer beware before investing in the pro version. Not all options are customizable as needed. If they provide such minimal support while trying to sell the product actively, how will it be when you’re already a customer?

    Hi, now that the issue was established to be a theming issue, as per the below support request, would you please consider updating this review?


    As stating in that thread, we obviously have to prioritize support for our paid products and customers over support for free users, but do make sure that we get back to all wordpress.org support requests.
