    Submitted a ticket where? To the online forums? Via the contact form? All questions in the forum are answered in less than a week and do not require payment to get a response.

    There have been no unanswered email support requests.

    (@charlestonsw) – I have gone through all of the email support and forum request and cannot find a “submitted ticket”. Paid support is not the only option, I only request people use the online forum first so I don’t answer the same questions every few days.

    Without the forums first I would receive over 100 email support requests for things like “how do I set a new starting point on the map?” that are answered in the online documentation.

    A new email support system via Gravity Forms and a recent hire for customer service will help address questions and provide improved support going forward.

    If you did have support question I’d really like to know what email/username it was under so I can figure out why it went missing or unanswered. – that is bull, I get great support and your one star rating is totally unfounded.
