  • We bought several products off them..

    We found the plug-ins to be buggy, and even brought down several of our sites on standard (fully working) installs. We don’t have time to waste on faulty products, the problems were too serious to waste time on, and while it was (just) outside the 90 days we felt that as it failed so seriously, and not having the time to spend on it, we should have been given a refund. They refused point blank, not discussion, all they offered was support, and having read the support threads on similar issues we felt that was not worth wasting any time on – we have deadlines.

    The support was arrogant and wouldn’t refund, the product didn’t work, we hadn’t used it within 90 it’s true, but it didn’t work – and drilling into the code we didn’t have much faith in it, so we should have got our refund.

    Poor product, too expensive for what you get even if it was working, and an inflexible and arrogant response from support, even though the product wasn’t working in a serious way.

    I’ll never use their products, or recommend them to anyone, quite the opposite – the support alone would be enough reason to stay clear of them, and their products are overpriced for the features/quality.

    Read the support threads carefully before considering their products!

    If they’d responded in a reasonable way with the refund request, we were intending to look again when these latest (serious) issues had been resolved, after dealing with their support, that is now out of the question.

    Don’t bother and save yourself money and time!

    We have offered to assist you in our support system and you have denied that assistance. You didn’t want support you only wanted a refund, of which the allotted time had expired.

    We want nothing more than to assist you if you will allow that.
