    Hey Robert,

    Is there anything you need help with? I’d love to know more about what you were asking and where we’d go wrong, as we really did not start outsourcing our support a few months ago. It’s still 3 of us and has been for quite some time now (nearly 2 years). Any way, please do let me know as I’d love to help you get your issues resolved.
