    Hi,

I’ve got an issue when creating a new ticket.

After pressing on “Submit” button, the user should wait ~15 seconds before he can see the “We get you shortly…” message.

I suspect in the email sending, but I don’t know how to check it.

Do someone already faced with this issue?

    Thanks in advanced

    Hi @itaygolan_1984,

Yes, that is the issue. If you are using any third party email provider for sending emails from your website, it takes time to go further. I think you are using SMTP solution for sending emails.

I’ve used Easy WP SMTP in the past, but not anymore.
Is there anything else that can cause it?

    Hi there,

We can not be sure about your website configuration and reason for this time. If you are familiar with debugging, you can try same configuration on your localhost without emails to see the difference. You can also check debug log if there is anything wrong with some other plugins.

Additionally, there may be some other plugin has some code running for every ajax call. I suggest you to deactivate all other plugins except WPSP to check performance and then activate one by one.
