• I have MEC Lite (5.17.2), Elementor Shortcode Designer (1.1.6), Elementor Single Builder for MEC (1.6.0) and Elementor Pro (3.1.0) installed in a new, clean WordPress (5.6.2) instance with the Hello theme. These are the only things installed. My server is running Apache 2.4.18 with PHP 7.4.7. Disgning using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.150.

At this point, I am frustrated and disappointed in BOTH Elementor and MEC. Primarily, this is because these two products are supposed to be working together to give me an environment where I can see my final result while working on it, but that is far from the case. Specifically, the two MEC add-ons are my biggest issue. While working in the MEC designer, I create a skin in Elementor and click the preview: It looks basically like it should. When it is published and applied to a page, the CSS is wrong. Line spacing is different, fonts don’t always work, and margins are inconsistent or just wrong. I have had some success by using a page inspector to determine the class “mec-wrap” is not allowing some of the Elementor formatting to work so, I’ve had to resort to unsetting this CSS class in my custom CSS settings. Is this a bug and if so, who with?

Additionally, I have a major complaint on missing features. In the Single Builder, I am able to insert the event data so that the “details” area is displayed in full view. In the Shortcode Designer, this feature is missing and instead I can only use the Event Excerpt block. This is unacceptable as the excerpt option strips line breaks.
