Poor documentation. Templates not working

    This plugin has poorly written documentation that makes it difficult to install and configure. The instructions are not clear and confusing. The plugin is poorly written and the process of choosing a different template did not work. As opposed to any other plugin I have bought through WordPress, the author does not offer refunds if you are not satisfied. If you don’t like it, you just wasted your money.
