  • Unfortunately, they aren’t customer friendly. They don’t send out a typical reminder email regarding an upcoming annual renewal. And, when the issue is brought to their attention, they refuse to refund or provide any real customer help. Beware! And set a calendar reminder so you won’t be caught off guard by this shady behavior.
