 * installed and went through the settings but plugin doesn’t work, won’t even work
   on it’s own site preview mode. Waste of time.

 * We’re so sorry for any problem you had with the SmartFrame plugin.
 * We checked your case and your WordPress website is using the Jetpack plugin.
 * When you installed our plugin, an alert automatically warned you that the SmartFrame
   plugin might clash with the Jetpack plugin. For security and technical reasons,
   our plugin won’t work in case of lazy-loaded images or cached websites.
 * Usually, before leaving a bad review, it’s always good to first ask for help

 * This part is wrong however.

 * There are no “ranking” here, this is not a marketplace. If someone leaves a negative
   review then reply well. If that doesn’t work to your satisfaction then walk away
   from the review. That’s all there is too it.
