 * The German pages of my client’s website are not working properly on mobile. We
   are having problems with the justification of the mobile pages, the text keeps
   running over, no matter how we design the pages.
    According to the support from
   WP Bakery’s side this problem is due to Polylang. As you can see, the English
   pages work perfectly fine. Only the German pages produce this problem. The WP
   Bakery peeps have suggested to change the language plug-in to solve the problem.
   I personally like to work with Polylang and using it on other pages as well.
   Any idea how to optimise the German pages for mobile use? Your support and ideas
   are very much appreciated! Best, Rita

 * This is nonsense!
    If text is “running over” (I assume there is no line break
   in the list) this is related to the design, e.g. css/html. Not to the content.
   You should check your css. Polylang is not changing any of the styles or html
   code.

 * There’s one more vector to check: Sometimes themes and plugins contain translations
   of various settings and parameters.

 * [@codestylist](https://wordpress.org/support/users/codestylist/) sorry if you
   find this ‘nonsense’ but I thought I am asking for support to solve a problem
   I can’t seems to figure out, not for an opinion on how stupid I might be..
 * So, if you are saying it is a design problem, what must I check in the CSS? What
   I am supposed to look for to solve the problem?
 * Also, are you suggesting to add a line break or to check if there are line breaks
   messing up the formating of the German text?
 * I am looking forward to hearing your constructive ideas and feedback!

 * [@tobifjellner](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobifjellner/) I had to manually
   translate the pages into German.. so what do you mean with checking vectors?

 * [@ritterin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ritterin/) I said nonsens is
   the answer from WPBakery not your request.
    My constructive idea is, you should
   hire a web developer to fix your problem if you can not do it by yourself.

    Trying to make
   sense of what you said and created a test page, without any line breaks nor any
   other visual elements – a plain text page in German.
 * Still, on the mobile version the text runs over the screen, so does not optimize
   for mobile and pulls every letter together as one word: [https://groundwork.team/de/test/](https://groundwork.team/de/test/)
 * Since it doesn’t do that in any of the English pages, where would I check the
   CSS so it doesn’t do that with German text?
 * Your input would be very much appreciated!
    Thanks, Rita

    Have you tried using
   normal space characters instead of non-breaking spaces in “Unser eintägiger Lizensierungsworkshop ermöglicht
   Ihnen: ”?

 * [@tobifjellner](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobifjellner/) Thank you
   Bjorn!
    I actually found out that there were unusual character spacings in all
   the texts. copied from TEAMS into WordPress. Text editor ‘plain text’ transformation
   did not remove those spacings – but I found a way to fix it and now it works
   also for the German version! Like a charm! Thanks again for hinting me in the
   right direction!
