Polylang incompatible with SimplePress (Elegant Themes) ?

    Hi Chouby

    I was looking forward to trying your great plugin for the first time on a new site of mine, but it looks like it might be incompatible ? (SimplePress by Elegant Themes – I have raised a support ticket there, too, but no one previously has reported a problem).

    Site works fine; enabling Polylang breaks the slider; disabling all other plugins (site works fine) and then re-enabling Polylang breaks the slider. This is before I have made any changes to Polylang; (I have just tried adding English and French, but the results are the same).

    your permalinks settings : Day and name
    if you are using a static front page : Front page displays: Your latest posts
    your Polylang settings : none (or EN + FR)

    I’m not really sure what else to try – any suggestions ? I have disabled Polylang for now, but am happy to re-enable if/when you’d like to investigate.

    Sorry to bump my own post – I realise it’s against forum etiquette, but …

    I was wondering if anyone had experience of using Polylang with SimplePress, or seen an Elegant Themes article on getting Polylang to work properly.
