Polylang doesn’t synchronise the eng. version | WordPress.org

Hello,
When I try to add the English Version of the page according to the instruction https://drew.agilelearningcenters.org/adding-translations-existing-pages-polylang/
but the English version webpage with title Product does not show in the box, so it seems the plugin can not detect it.
What can be wrong?

Only English page does not synchronise (The page title does not pop up in translation window when editing the other language versions of the page). You can check it up here https://www.hspanel.net/hspanel-es/producto/ The plugin does not show the English version even though the English page exist.
