Polylang API Integration

Hello,

is there a possibility to divide the API entries in different languages using Polylang? So, if a customer on the German version of the shop ticks on “Sign me up for the newsletter!” in the check-out, he is added to a specific audience in Mailchimp, and an international customer on the EN version is added to another audience. I’ve seen that is possible for WPML but I can’t find anything for Polylang.
