Polylang and the SEO images atributes

I am working with a website that uses 5 languages; My question is that I need to give ALT attributes to images and names that works for SEO … Does this mean that I have to upload the same image five times, each with attributes for the SEO of each language? Or does it exist in any way to give these five attributes to each image without having to upload it for each language?
