    I think this code shows text field of this plugin:

    'subscribed_text' => __('You are subscribed to this entry. <a href="[manager_link]">Manage your subscriptions</a>.', 'subscribe-to-comments')

    How to translate it correctly?
    Other fields can be translated for analogy
