Polls limited to 3 options

    We are not able to add more than 3 options to a poll question. The “Add new Answer” button doesn’t appear under the answers. We’re running plugin version 2.0.18. In Firefox 18, it doesn’t show the button. In Chrome, it shows the button but only saves 1 new answers when you save the poll. Any idea what is going on?
