# Poll Plugin

 * After extensive research I have not found a plugin I need.
 * I need a poll that can have both a radio button and a text box for a write in
   vote.
 * I have edited the wp-poll plugin to accept text answers but it is not validating(
   I follow these instructions, [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-polls-need-help-with-adding-input-text-field](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-polls-need-help-with-adding-input-text-field)).
   When the user fills the textfield without selecting the radio buttons it’s showing
   the “Please choose a valid poll answer”.
 * Does anyone have a fix or another plugin that will work.

 * At the very least we need to add a field that can be submitted and the customer
   can add the poll selection manually.
 * Ideas?
