Poll-option like contest plugin

I’m looking for a plugin with which I would be able to create a contest – I could set options like for a poll in wp-polls, but to that I would be able to select a “winning” option and “pick winner” button (which would pick a winner from all competitors who answered properly)
Also maybe be able to define a winner manually

There is nothing like this on google 🙁
