Poll does not appear.

    Hello,

    I have a small problem. I just downloaded this plugin which looks great to me, but I can not see the survey in one of my pages using the codes shorts. Yet I have tried:
    [cardoza_wp_poll id=poll_1]
    [cardoza_wp_poll id=1]
    [cardoza_wp_poll id= 1]
    [cardoza_wp_poll id=1]
    [cardoza_wp_poll id= 1]

    But none of those do not work. There would there be bits of PHP code to insert directly into the template?
