Policy text not loading

I moved my site http://www.cookinexchange.info to a new hosting company. all files were backed up and copied. Site was tested, one of two remaining issues is the Policy not loading.

I deleted page, checked all the options and generated a new page to no avail. Page was created. Short code is on the newly created page.

I am at a loss. Please advise. Thank you
