    Hi,

The scan detects Google Maps and Google Fonts, but the Cookie Policy page does not include any info about it, I had to include both manually myself. Why is that?

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bespecial,

Could you try running the cookiedatabase.org sync again under Wizard – Cookies – Used Cookies?

    It should be added automatically.

    regards Aert

    Hi @bespecial,

I had a better look at your website, the reason why Google Maps and Google Fonts are not showing is most likely due to editing the HTML. If you want to edit the document yourself you can use only the cookie list with [cmplz-cookies]

While investigating this on your website we found some issues with javascript errors in the WordPress core files, and your theme; https://snipboard.io/Syre2m.jpg. These errors doe not show a javascript file, but HTML with a reference https://snipboard.io/0ltPms.jpg

It would be wise to run a WordFence scan, and see if the website is not compromised. If it is, please do the following:

    – Install a back-up if possible and run the scan again
    – Overwrite your WordPress files with a new download via FTP
    – Remove all plugins and reinstall them via the repository
    – Remove your current .htaccess file and start with a new one

Please make sure all used plugins are recently updated and tested with the latest releases.

    regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos,

I tried to sync running the cookiedatabase.org as you told me but I couldn’t because is blocked. It’s saying I already did it this week.

About the other matter, I do not see all those errors. I updated all plugin, themes and wordpress. I fixed the JS errors I saw.

Now when I do a scan only Google Fonts appear (I have a Google Maps iframe in Contact): https://snipboard.io/2Z87Vn.jpg

But I cannot see Google Fonts in the next step: https://snipboard.io/rmn5C6.jpg

But it’s visible in the services used: https://snipboard.io/JdMzH0.jpg

Anyway Google Fonts is still not visible in my Cookie Policy page.

So, in summary, I have 2 issues:

    1. Google Maps not appearing at all
    2. Google Fonts that is detected but not included in the policy page.

    Hi @bespecial,

In the wizard, step “cookies/integrations”, you can select Google Maps as third party service if you have selected that you use third party services. This is also where Google Fonts should be selected.

If you do this, it will get added to the services list. You can then do a re-sync with Cookiedatabase, as a new service has been added.

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi @rogierlankhorst,

I did add Google Maps and Google Fonts in the cookies/integrations since the beginning but it’s not being displayed in the Cookie Policy page.

About the re-sync I cannot do it. It is disabled the button because I already did a sync this week. That is the warning message I see in the button.

    What else can I do?

    @bespecial,

The sync will unlock again a week after the last sync. If you sync it at that moment the new services should appear on your cookie policy.
