    Hi,

I meet a problem that I set customer can earn 5 points per $1, and it would be calculated within tax. For example, if the price of the product is $15, and customer should pay $18 (12% tax), then get 90 points. However, when the customer redeem points at cart page, I set 10 points = $1, the price of product in cart is $20, if the customer chooses to redeem, the total in cart would be $11, and the customer only need to pay $11 with tax $12.32. However, what I want is original price within tax then reduce $9 which is $22.4 – $9 = 13.4

How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,
    Thanks for using our plugin.

In reference to your query, we would like to inform you that, This is by default WooCommerce coupon functionality.
Fox Example : If the product price in cart is $30 and tax rate is 20% then cart total is $36
but in case if you apply 10 points( redeem 1 points = $1 ) then tax should be calculated on remaining product price which is $20 and now cart total is $24.

Please check the default functionality of WooCommerce.

    Thanks,
