Points for deleting post in myCRED plugin

Hello, I use myCRED plugin to give points to users. I give 1000 points to a user who plublishes a post and deduct 1000 points from a user who deletes a post. However, when a user saves a post in draft and delete the post there, the point is also deducted. But this is not correct. The points should have been deducted if a user deletes the published post only, not the post saved in draft.I notice that the last versions works fine.
After I updated the plugins, I see this problem.
