# Points Exchanges emails not sending

 * Hi Gamipress team,
 * When using the Points Exchanges add-on ([https://gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-points-exchanges/](https://gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-points-exchanges/))–
   we cannot get the emails to send to users (eg. when points are added or deducted).
 * We have the settings all set to send…. and test emails send ok, but when a real
   life exchange happens on the front end, no emails are sent to the user to confirm
   when they have done.
 * We have made sure that we haven’t checked the button “Disable sending of points
   awards/points deductions earned emails.”
 * All other emails work fine on our site and I can see the test emails being sent
   via our SMTP plugin (Fluent SMTP).
 * Could you help?
