pointfinder theme – error message when try login, post new listing or register

    Hi all i have the pointfinder theme installed and the past day i keep getting an error message on the site when i click the

    login, register or hadd new listing link on the homepage, iv checked all settings,disabled plugins, even reinstalled the header.php file as i inserted a metatags script and cookies policy script

    but still getting the same error.

    can anybody help me with this please

    Could you possibly post a screenshot of the error it is giving you?

    hope somebody can help

    iv spoken to developer of pointfinder theme and he said he carnt help as it must be a wordpress or hosting problem, but iv not changed or sone anything

    if its any help i get this message in plesk log file

    Did you happen to download any new plugins the time around it started giving you that error? If so, you may want to try to deactivate those to see if it reverts your site back and quits giving the forbidden error.

    the only new plugin i downloaded was w3 total cache

    and iv deactivated, uninsalled it and deleted its files as other forums have said.
    thats all iv donw

    ok i have checked the file permission and its set to 644 – that still doesnt take the error away, but when i check the wordpress log it still shows same error message about that file

    i tried deleting the file, but still no access to the file

    i do see this message in todays error log

    but also in another log for today still see
