    We are currently using free shipping options for orders over $99 via a discounts plugin… we are looking at purchasing your plugin but would like to ask… if a customer places an order over $99, so free shipping is applied, then uses their reward points to reduce the amount in their cart to below $99… will the system then remove the free shipping?

    Currently the rewards plugin we are using does not remove the free shipping so people are using their points to lower the cost of the cart (below the free shipping threshold of $99) and getting the bonus of free shipping on top of that as the free shipping is applied first… then the reward points applied… We need a plugin that applies the reward points discount first… then if the subtotal amount is still over $99, apply free shipping.

    Does your plugin compensate for this?

    yes, in the premium version, if a points and rewards discount is applied the free shipping disappear from the shipping options.

    Thanks for your reply… we are currently using a separate plugin to calculate the free shipping threshold and I read that your plugin requires use of the woocommerce free shipping functionality in order to work. We had issues getting that to work hence the other plugin… do you provide techical support along with the premium version of your plugin if we have issues setting up the woocommerce free shipping options?

    ok totally understand. As long as we are assured that free shipping gets removed if they use points to redeem a discount that then reduces their cart total below the free shipping threshold, then that is our main concern. We have gone through numerous plugins to resolve this issue… is there a way on the demo for us to test this feature out?
    I’m assuming that you offer tech support if we have issues with the setup options of your plugin?
    Also considering the price of your plugin, do you offer a refund if we are unsatisfied with the plugin functionality?
