I can try to help if you provide some information. Read this post and share here the required details. Also make sure you have read the plugin’s documentation on how to work with custom post types and custom taxonomies.
I used [catlist id=34] [catlist name=”deschool”] for the custom post taxonomy, both are not working. If use it for a normal category and change the id or name to a normal category, it is working as expected.
All the features you want (custom post types, custom taxonomies) are supported by the shortcode but you have not read the documentation. You should head to the How to select which posts to show page and read about post_type
and taxonomy
parameters.

thanks, is it also possible to make a cartegory list like this
category one
category two
category three
And when you click on a category all posts will be visable
Like
category one
post 1
post 2
catgeor`two
It is possible but not just with this plugin. It requires Javascript, you could try Bootstrap accordion or other similar tools which make it quite easy.
Thanks.. this brings me a idea, i simply add the categories to a FAQ module.
It is wokring for normal categories, but not for taxonomies created with pods, i simple add the id of the category id of pods category, but no posts are shown. Do you know if there are problems showing custom taxonmies, do i have to regiser them to sho up or so?
you have to add proper shortcode parameters like [catlist taxnomy=YOURTAXONOMY term=YOURTERM post_type=YOURPOSTTYPE]
Read the documentation for more details.
If i do that the category is not filter and all post from post_type wil show up not only form the taxonomy like de-school ?
[catlist post_type=schoolgids taxnomy=de-school]
I think I found it thanks for your help.
