PODS archive page showing only taxonomies

Im absolutely banging my head against the wall trying to make an archive page to show a specific taxonomy.

I’ve set up my CPT and archive page to show all the associated posts. This archive page works perfectly.

My CPT is ‘Flies’ and Taxonimies are ‘Dry Flies’ & ‘Tungsten Bean Nymphs’. (these are not custom taxonomies, i am using the ones that are already there, but I have enabled categories in built in taxonomies)

I want an archive page to show only ‘dry flies’ & only ‘tungsten bead nymphs’ but when I set the conditions in the Elementor theme builder to show the archive page for the associated taxonomies the page populates , but without any of the archive posts, only the title and a message
“It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for.”

I’ve tried using both tags as well as category archives, but neither will work correctly .
