# PodPress help

 * I installed the latest version of Podpress (8.8) and am trying to get it working.
   I go to the podcast area below the post, add a media link to a video file on 
   our server, and it pops up fine with set up info, dimensions, file size, etc.
   But when I save or publish the file, all of the info in the podcast section just
   disappears, and no player or anything shows up in the post at all.
 * Am I missing something? I went through all of the set up screens, and don’t see
   anything worth changing, yet the file info just keeps disappearing.
 * Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

 * Has anyone successfully used Podpress? The online instructions seem pretty clear,
   but I can’t get it to work. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
 * First I got down below the post window, and under “Podcasting” I click the “Add
   Media” button, and then fill in the full URL for the video file. When entered,
   a video player screen holder pops up, it can auto detect the file size and everything.
   I then enter in the post window the code [display_podcast] and hit save. As soon
   as I hit save, the information in the podcasting media form disappears, and nothing
   shows up when I view the post.

 * i seem to be having issues with this plugin, i think ill reinstall it.

 * Podpress 8.8 doesn’t work with WP 2.6 This is a known issue related to the post
   revisions. Search google for PodPress 8.8 fix or PodPress WordPress 2.6 fix.
