Podcast subscription links disappeared under player | WordPress.org

Since the latest update, 2.4, the platform subscription links have disappeared under the player.

These used to be populated on Settings > Feed Details: Podcast Name

And then displayed under neath the podcast player on the website.

These have no disappeared.

The settings page still says ‘Subscribe button links’: To create Subscribe Buttons for your site visitors, enter the Distribution URL to your show in the directories below.

But there is nothing ‘below’ to populate.

Please could you advise?

Hi there,

You should’ve seen an admin notice on the Plugins page after updating to the 2.4 version of the plugin that would’ve taken you to the Podcast -> Options page in your WordPress dashboard. There you’d be guided to perform the subscribe links upgrade that’s necessary with this release. We cover this process in the top part of this doc: https://support.castos.com/article/166-add-subscription-links-to-your-podcast-player
