If you cannot overwrite the folder, or if you having problems uploading, you should contact your web hosting and/or server administrator about the issue. Deleting and reinstalling plugins should be a pretty simple process, since it’s not for you then that’s an indication something is a miss, whether it be the folder path on your server is not what you thought it is, or maybe your web server is configured with the wp-content folder in a location you’re not aware of. Either way, you need to contact the folks you pay money to for your web site to resolve.
Regarding your problem with iTunes, what is your listing URL on iTunes and what is the URL to your podcast feed?
It appears you do not have PowerPress enabled at present. So the podcast only feed is not present.
Once you figure out how to install PowerPress on your server, I think both of your issues will be fixed. You will want to get this fixed right away, iTunes will eventually remove a podcast when the feed is no longer valid over a number of days.

powerpress is on my computer in a zip file, when I search for in it plugins in wp it’s not found. how do I get it from one place to the other?

alrokerjr, WPyogi is spot on. What you download to your computer is completely disconnected with what resides on your web server. Your hosting service should have provided you instructions how to upload and access your web site. That is the part of the puzzle you need to work out with whom ever you are paying for your web hosting. Each web service company does things differently so there’s no simple answer we could give you.
Here’s what they told me and I’ve done this. Upon reviewing the issue, you would want to reinstall your Powerpress plugin as the current directory doesn’t have all the proper files in it, hence why it does not work. Additionally, you will want to delete the /powerpress directory from your /wp-content directory as that could be causing an issue with your attempt at installation. If you continue to have issues with Powerpress, however, please note that we cannot support third-party plugins as we are not the vendor of that plugin.
I would reply back to them, telling them in detail how you deleted the folder on the server, and then ask them why the folder still exists on the server.
Make sure when you contact your web hosting support to include a link to this thread so you’re not hiding any information from them.
