Podcast Episodes Disappearing in iTunes

I’m learning, but still very new at this, so please explain with as much detail as possible. 🙂

I’m a comedian and I started a podcast recently. I built the site for the show in WordPress 2.7 using the Wpremix theme. I set up a feedburner account and uploaded the first episode in a post last week. I added the podcast to iTunes and everything seemed to be configured properly. It was approved and showed up in iTunes with all of the info. However, for no real reason, the episode disappeared from my podcast page in iTunes. I haven’t done anything to the original post that got it to appear on there, so I have no idea what happened. Here is all of my info, if you need any more info, please let me know. Thanks everyone.
