# PNG problem

 * Hi, the plugin looks pretty good, well, I have only ImageMagick 6.9 installed
   on the server and choose both options, do not convert PNG to WebP and AVIF format.
 * Confirming by “Start Bulk Processing” on the top all PNG on my site went black,
   so I guess, this option doesn’t have any effect?

 * We checked the optimization log and found that the option ‘Exclude PNG’ was not
   checked.
 * Would you please try it again and make sure to save changes after configuring
   the settings?

 * You can try to decrease the value of ‘XX images processed per ajax request’ on
   the plugin Settings page and see if that helps.
