    Hi, I found the solution:

    Just upload the PNG as you did. Then on the “WordPress Logo Slider Settings” page, just leave the background color field blank and click the “Save Settings” button. As a default it is auto-filled with the value “#FFFFFF” which is white.

    Deleting the above, or leaving it blank will make sure the PNG has a transparent background!
