# pmpro-register-helper shortcode does not work

 * Hi, when i used the pmpro register shortcode, [pmpro_signup] it views the form
   but when i submit/clicked the sign up button, the page loads to [http://www.mysite.com/membership-account__trashed](http://www.mysite.com/membership-account__trashed)
   
   which i dont know why? , anY help me is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 * This could possibly be that your membership account page is in your trash? Please
   ensure you have set your checkout page in ‘Memberships’ > ‘Page Settings’ and
   ensure that page is available and has the [pmpro_checkout] shortcode.
