Support » Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro » pmpro-register-helper Fatal error: Class 'PMProRH_Field' not found

  • Resolved infoaltea

    Cannt find what Im doing wrong…

    Ive installed PMPro Register Helper, can see it Activated in Plugins, Ive created a custom plugin where in pmpro-customizations.php ive got this code:

    Plugin Name: PMPro Customizations
    Plugin URI:
    Description: Customizations for Paid Memberships Pro
    Version: .1
    Author: Stranger Studios
    Author URI:
    $text = new PMProRH_Field(“company”, “text”, array(“size”=>40, “class”=>”company”, “profile”=>true, “required”=>true));
    pmprorh_add_registration_field(“after_billing_fields”, $text);

    And when I activate the custom plugin WP cannt find the Class PMProRH_Field:

    Fatal error: Class ‘PMProRH_Field’ not found in /usr/home/xxx/www/xxx/wp-content/plugins/pmpro-customizations/pmpro-customizations.php on line 10

    After I have to delete my custom plugin to be able to access Wp Admin again…

    I must point out that my path of my WP is not in root but in /xxx/… Dont know if is an issue.

    Thx in advanced!!

  • Hi again,

    Got It working adding code to function.php, but Id like to use a custom plugin better… So, if anyone can help me around with the Class not found issue…

    I now have another question…

    Why on the page where Ive added the code

    [pmpro_signup level="1" short="1" intro="0" button="Signup Now"]

    I dont get the extra fields? Ive tried with short=”0″ intro=”0″ also…

    I can only see the extra fields on the page I added the shortcode [pmpro_levels].

    What Options does [pmpro_signup] have? How can i print them?

    infoaltea, you need to have pmpro-register-helper activated for the custom code to work. And make sure your field setup code is wrapped in an init function.

    The extra fields won’t show up in the shortcode. I never added the functionality.

    Hi infoaltea

    Just checking back in – because this customization is beyond the scope of the normal function of this plugin, I’m going to close this thread.
