Are you sure all database information is ok in your wp-config.php? If so, check if the database server is online.
Hello, there. Indeed, when I try to access your blog it took me to the installation wizard.
First of all, I know you said you “didn’t change anything,” but try to remember if you installed any plug-ins, applications, themes or the likes recently.
Also, check to see if your wp-config.php file (it should be located in your domain’s root folder) wasn’t altered in any way, and check that it has the proper information in it (there is a lot of information on these forums about what this file).
What could be happening is that WordPress is not able to connect to your database (DB) anymore, so it thinks it’s running a fresh install. This could be caused by what I was mentioning earlier regarding the wp-config.php file, but it could also be due to a relocation, corruption or deletion of your DB on your hosting service’s servers. In order to verify, sign in into your hosting admin panel, and verify that the DB that is linked to WP is still there.
This is all I can think of. I’m sorry that it is a little general, but you didn’t provide a lot of information in your first post. Try these workarounds that I told you about and let me know what discoveries you make.

when the install screen pops up on an already installed blog, this usually means the wp_options table in the database is crashing
you will need to run a repair on that table with host’s phpmyadmin
