    Hello:

    Thank you for the plugin! The plus and minus icons are formatting oddly as you can see on the above referenced page. I’d really like to use your plugin if I can get this corrected. I look forward to your help. Thank you in advance for your support!

    Thank you for praising the plugin.

    Please try the below CSS code in your ‘Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS’ field.
    CSS → 

    div#ea_one.easy_accordion_wrapper div.single_accordion h2.ea-item-head:before {
	height: auto !important;
}

    Please, Keep us informed about the amendment.

    Sorry! I missed the minus sign.
    Please try the below CSS code instead of that.
    CSS →

	font-family: 'serif' !important;
}
