No updates, no support, but theme still for sale

I have the pro version of this theme. My installed version is 1.2.1. The one offered here for download is 1.2.3. However, it is not possible to update it from my WP. I did not receive any warning from this update, as it was before. Moreover, during previous updates, I had to completely reconfigure the theme, in particular the CSS and the Widgets which had been deleted.

On the SmartCat site, online support is non-existent.

This causes me compatibility problems, especially with Woo Commerce, which refers me
error messages.

Having spent days configuring and customizing this theme, I am very disappointed that it cannot be updated any more. I would have preferred to save my money, and use a standard WP theme that is compatible with any plugin.

Edit: From now on, the site menus are no longer displayed on the Mobile version.

The paid version of the theme is always available. It is time for WordPress to banish the theme from their catalog, and dissociated itself from these crooks.
