plugin/widget news content

Hey WP I have been looking to incorporate news in to a blog so that it is my content, i have been searching for a widget, code, or plugin that will allow me to use rss feeds to generate news in a blog post format i have seen sites in the past that used such a feature but i cannot rember a name or what the widget was called, please help.
